Features of adhesive one-way exhaust valve:
1. Suitable for surface pasting of containers such as iron cans, paper cans, plastic cans, packaging bags, etc.;
2. The valve is adhesive and does not need heat sealing. It can be labeled with the machine or pasted manually to improve efficiency and shorten delivery time;
3. The adhesion is firm, with an adhesion of up to 22N/25MM, and can withstand a temperature of 100 degrees for a long time and 120℃ for a short time;
4. The valve is very thin, reducing the packaging and transportation costs of the product;
5. The hand will not touch the inside of the bag during the pasting process, so it will not contaminate the food.

Application range of one-way exhaust valve:
Suitable for coffee bags, coffee cans, rice bags, fermented feed bags, biological fermentation bags, biological fermentation bags, plastic raw material bags.

Function:
When the coffee sealed in the bag generates gas to reach a certain pressure in the bag, the gas can push the exhaust valve sheet from the inside to the outside and discharge the excess gas to the outside; when the pressure in the bag is reduced to insufficient to open the valve sheet, the valve automatically closes. Outside air and water vapor cannot enter the bag.

Usage:
Drill a small hole in the container and cover the small hole with the circular hole in the center of the valve plate.

After roasting, coffee beans will continue to release carbon dioxide several times the volume of the coffee beans themselves. In order to prevent the coffee packaging from bursting, a one-way exhaust valve is designed to discharge excess carbon dioxide out of the bag; in addition, the one-way exhaust valve blocks oxygen and moisture outside to prevent oxidation of coffee beans and rapid loss of aroma, thereby absolutely ensuring that the flavor of the coffee beans remains unchanged.
